Cycle Break Packages

We are fortunate enough to be near the base for one of the country’s leading cycle holiday companies, Cycle Breaks. We have agreed an exclusive deal with them for our visitors. Details below:

Cycle Breaks have been organising top quality, gentle cycling holidays in East Anglia and beyond for over 25 years. Experts in self-guided tours and delightful day rides by bike around the beautiful Suffolk countryside, we’ve teamed up with Brockford Sidings to offer some exclusive cycle hire packages that share both our extensive local knowledge and great equipment with guests enjoying a stay in this unique accommodation.

Our package includes:

• Hire of good quality, well-maintained bicycles either:or hybrid bicycles with puncture resistant tyres, panniers/bike luggage, helmets, lock, spare inner-tube, puncture repair kit and basic tools o pedal assist e-bike with range up to 50 miles with puncture resistant tyres, panniers/bike luggage, helmets, lock, spare inner-tube, puncture repair kit and basic tools

• Easy to use cycle SatNav – never get lost again!

• Delivery and personal adjustment of bikes at a pre-arranged time (generally after breakfast on the first full day of your stay, although it can be on the day of your arrival subject to availability)

• A selection of great cycling itineraries from 8 to 50 miles to get out and really enjoy the beautiful Suffolk countryside at its best o routes pre-loaded into an easy to use Cycle SatNav GPS device (one per party) o electronic routes available in advance on smart phones for all in your party (IOS or Android) via RidewithGPS for advanced planning and easy navigation o details of what to see (with opening hours and admission charges where applicable) o top tips for pubs and tearooms for enjoyable stops along the way o benefit from our detailed local knowledge to enjoy the quietest and prettiest country lanes.

• Mechanical assistance on call should you need it

• Collection of your bikes after departure.
